MEET SANDY
Hi, I'm Sandy, the founder of TheyCare. I’ve always loved working with children, and after more than 6 years in childcare, I’ve had the chance to support and get to know so many wonderful families.
With a background in Human Resources and hands-on childcare experience, I understand how important it is to find someone who is not only qualified, but also caring, trustworthy, and the right fit for your family.
I take the time to get to know each family and what they’re looking for, so finding childcare feels a little more personal and a lot less overwhelming.
At TheyCare, my goal is simple: to help families find someone they feel comfortable welcoming into their home and into their children’s lives.

Our placements include a probation-period guarantee. If the match doesn’t work out during the probation period, we’ll help you find a new candidate at no additional recruitment fee.
